One of my great joys is seeing a YoYoSkills Journalism or Player Team member move up to a sponsored position at a yo-yo company. YoYoSkills is 100% volunteer, but takes a lot of dedication and hard work from all the team members. Once in a great while, one of those members gets an opportunity to ascend from volunteer to sponsored player and I could not be more proud. So while this is a sweet move for Nathan, it is bitter sweet. Per the YoYoSkills Journalism Team rules, none of our players or journalists can be sponsored by, tied to, or employed by a yoyo store or manufacturer. I may be saying goodbye to a friend and team mate, but I am so very proud of him and what he has accomplished. Nathan was a big part of the news and review section here at YoYoSkills, and his presence will be missed. Thank you Nathan, and I look forward to seeing the impact you make over at G-Squared Yo-Yos.

For the last year I have been writing, mostly reviews, for YoYoSkills.com. It has been a fantastic ride and one of the highlights of my yoyo journey!

It is bittersweet news to announce that I will be leaving the YoYoSkills team and be joining GSquared YoYos, as one of their player team members.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank publicly, first, my fellow YoYoSkills journalists. You guys are amazing and you do what you do because you love this hobby. I tip my hats to you, sirs.
