The next Yo-Yo Slam is this Saturday in Erie Pennsylvania!

Yo-Yo Slam continues to roll on.  We’ve gotten a good amount of interest in local markets and in the yo-yo community, which is great, but the main thing is that it’s been great fun putting these together.   We always knew that a audience centered format would be a great way to grow the sport and make events enjoyable for everyone.

I hope to see the largest audience yet for the PA State competition.  Given the level of interest we’ve had from non-yo-yoers just wanting to see the event, and new players that have never competed before, I think we will see a big and enthusiastic audience.

If you are anywhere near NW Pennsylvania, and you like yo-yoing, as a spectator a player.  Please join us at the Bayfront Convention Center for what will be one of the most fun and exciting yo-yo contests to date.

This will be filmed for TV, so participants need to sign releases.  But given the nature of television, we can guarantee that this will be a fast moving and exciting contest.  We will also be having a Banger contest, one trick and out, which is open to everyone, no registration required.  I will be posting more about this contest after it happens.  Be sure and check back next week for a recap.

For more details check out PASTATEYOYO.com.  Also find us on Facebook.

We currently looking for what city our next Yo-Yo Slam will be in.  Let us know if you have any thoughts.

Hope to see you Saturday!
