YoYo Candy - YoYo related Apparel and other goodies

I don’t know if your like me, but I can’t get enough YoYo related clothes to make me happy. I rotate though my Yo-Yo t-shirts much to quickly. Joining Save Deth, and Twenty Seven in YoYo related apparel is YoYo Candy. YoYo Candy has been around for a while just recently but has re-emerged with a larger selection and great designs.

This design is my Favorite!

Onto the Press Release!

Ok people, if you don’t actually live under a rock you might have heard about a little group called YoYoCandy.

YoYoCandy is a collaboration of artistic talents involved in the yoyoing community. Working together and individually to create quality artwork for yoyo related products. Our group of performing yoyo players here in Ashland is also called Team YoYoCandy.

Anypoo, YoYoCandy started out with its very own website with a forum and a small amount of products. After about a year we realized YoYoCandy was not making enough profits to keep itself running so sadly we had to close up shop. But the idea of YoYoCandy did not die. We were still receiving requests to perform, accept commissions and sponsor contests.

So we have decided to team up with Zazzle, a print on demand website, and resurrect our shop with new merchandise! The Zazzle team takes care of producing, printing and shipping of the items. And of corce YoYoCandy takes care of all the art, designs, and advertisement and we receive a % of the profits. Its not enough to pay our rent, but its not about the moneys, its about providing quality swag for our friends!!

One of the coolest things about Zazzle is that the buyer gets to customize most of their orders. So for example, the shirts can be customized for almost any size, style and color to the buyers preference.

We currentily have;
Shirts, Mugs, Buttons, Hats, Keychains, Magnets, Mousepads, Postcards, Posters, and Stickers.

Coming soon items are;
Skateboards, Keds Shoes, Bumper Stickers, Embroidery, Tote bags, Pet Shirts, Kids/Babys shirts, and more of everything else!

Also, we currentily have two artists, Me and Whip. Witch is extremity amazing and awesome but we would like to see more styles. So, we are planning on commissioning more art from artists. However we are currently to poor to pay attention so we are looking for any artists who are interested in donating a design or two to get us going with a wider selection. We are not taking the rites to the image so even if we make shirts out of your art you are still able to make shirts or whatever you want with the same art. We are also interested in your ideas and feedback! Is there a particular artist you would like to see? Got an idea for a tshirt, design, or product? Let us know!

Throw Art!!

Cool stuff.  Well I am excited to see what this collaborative art project turns out!

    I really really hate this kind of stuff. I want yoyo shirts to buy, but I want them to be simple, somewhat nerdy shirts, not trendy “modern art” shirts. sadface.
